Creditor Rights We have considerable experience in pursuing a wide variety of effective remedies to facilitate all types of creditors in obtaining collection of their just debts. This includes representation of individual and commercial creditors in facilitating their rights to recover their just share of a debtor's remaining assets.

Employment Law Employment law covers a complex network of laws that controls how employers must treat employees, former employees, and applicants for employment. Wills & Trusts Salon Marrow Dyckman Newman & Broudy LLP has extensive experience in drafting and implementing a wide variety of estate planning vehicles including: wills, irrevocable life insurance trusts, grantor-retained interest trusts, revocable living trusts, charitable trusts (remainder and lead trusts), charitable foundations, lifetime gift-giving programs and qualified renunciations (post mortem planning). We also prepare and review estate, fiduciary income, personal income and gift tax returns.
