MARC JONAS BLOCK received his Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College in June, 1996, and his Juris Doctor in June, 1999. Marc is admitted to the Bar of the States of New York and New Jersey, the Second Circuit Court Of Appeal, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and New Jersey District Court. Marc has experience in the prosecution and defense of complex commercial litigation matters, including contract and employment disputes, bankruptcy reorganization, copyright, trademark, unfair competition and real property actions. Marc also prosecutes trademark application and opposition proceedings before the Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
