SETH R. GOTTLIEB has a wide range of experience in general corporate, acquisitions, structured finance, commercial lending, real estate and securities law. Mr. Gottlieb graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Albany in 1996 and thereafter received his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 1999 where he was a member of the Hofstra Law Review. He is a member of the New York Bar.

As a member of the firm's Asset-Based Lending, Structured Finance and Financial Institutions Practice Group, Mr. Gottlieb routinely represents financial services companies, commercial lenders, and financial asset investors and investment funds in complex asset-based loans including bridge loans, acquisition finance, accounts receivable and purchase order financing, factoring and other forms of financing.

Mr. Gottlieb also represents hedge funds and other types of financial firms in the purchase and sale of life settlements and in the financing of life insurance premiums and he represents purchasers and sellers in connection with residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm's Asset-based Lending, Structured Finance and Financial Institutions Practice Group, Mr. Gottlieb was a member of the corporate and securities practice group of Dechert LLP.
