STEPHEN S. FEINBERG, of counsel to our firm, graduated Cum Laude with highest honors in Economics from Brown University and received his LL.B. degree from Harvard Law School. He has for more than 40 years been engaged in a general commercial and trusts and estates practice. His representation of public and private companies has included the negotiation and drafting of documents relating to SEC filings, mergers, acquisitions and sales of businesses and real estate, sale and licensing agreements, leases, loan agreements, commercial transactions, employment agreements and benefit plans.
