JACOB M. DYCKMAN guides the Firm's Real Estate Group. Jack has been a member of the New York State Bar since January 1964. He graduated from New York Law School in 1963 and from Yeshiva University, where he was a member of the varsity fencing team. He has been a member of the New York State Bar Association since 1977 and belongs to its Real Property Law Section.

During more than forty years of practice he has acquired experience in virtually all areas of real estate law. His experience includes a number of years spent at the firm of Dreyer & Traub engaged in intensive real estate work for some of New York's most prestigious owners, builders and developers. As a seasoned attorney knowledgeable in a broad spectrum of real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing and cooperative and condominium conversions, he is in a unique position to head our Real Estate Group. His experience includes drafting and negotiating leases for retail, commercial, industrial and residential space as well as long-term net leases. Jack's years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate provide a valuable resource to the Firm.

Since 1991, Jack has served as President of Yeshiva Beth Abraham of Jerusalem, Inc., an educational institution operating a network of schools in the State of Israel.
