JOHN PAUL FULCO, P.C., senior corporate attorney and litigator, received his Bachelor of Arts from Boston University (Magna Cum Laude) in 1977 and his J.D. from Fordham Law School in 1980.
John represents and counsels a broad range of clients in the high technology, internet, manufacturing, real estate and service industries in connection with corporate acquisitions and sales, corporate financing, partnership and joint venture agreements, real estate acquisitions, sales and lending, licensing and intellectual property matters, including software, website and technology development, marketing and licensing and in strategic and business planning.
He also represents clients in a wide range of disputes in federal and state courts, including securities litigation, intellectual property litigation, employment disputes, contact disputes, real estate litigation, and anti-trust litigation.
John's technical background and knowledge of computer and internet technology enables him to understand the unique concern of clients involved with or affected by these technologies. John's expertise has also enabled our office to keep its computer, internet and communications equipment on the cutting edge.
