JOHN PAUL FULCO, P.C., Senior corporate attorney and litigator, received his Bachelor of Arts from Boston University (Magna Cum Laude) in 1977 and his J.D. from Fordham Law School in 1980.

John is an experienced commercial litigator, corporate attorney and a member of the Firm's Employment Law Group and Life and Viatical Settlement Group.  He has expertise in handling disputes arising out of financing agreements, real estate transactions, corporate transactions, intellectual property, anti-trust matters, and employment relationships.  John has extensive court-room experience, and has tried many cases in New York.  Additionally, John has drawn on his extensive litigation experience, as well as his experience as a director of several closely held corporations in advising clients on corporate acquisitions and sales, corporate financings, partnership and joint venture agreements, real estate acquisitions, sales and lending, licensing and intellectual property matters, including software, website and technology development, marketing and strategic and business planning.  He has experience advising clients on such issues in the financial, high technology, internet, manufacturing, insurance, real estate and service industries.  John has represented insurance carriers in connection with a wide variety of transactional matters, compliance and works with the other members of the Life and Viatical Settlement Group in representing providers, brokers and others in this industry segment. Because of his broad range of experience, John is frequently called upon to collaborate with other attorneys in the office in strategizing on both litigation and corporate matters.
